The staff was exceptionally prompt in answering questions and in providing for our needs. The views from the room were breathtaking. The entire experience was relaxing and being pampered.

Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. View from room was exceptional. Access to downtown Sorrento either by walking or bus was very good.
The one issue was we didn't find out that we could order eggs with our breakfast until the second day of our stay, since the waiters don't tell you and there's no printed sign that says they're available at the buffet table. Otherwise, very good.

The location is phenomenal and the hotel is beautiful. Every room has a private balcony overlooking the Bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius. Hotel staff is courteous and very helpful. Breakfast buffet is like none we've ever had.
